At Hematix®, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there is a problem with your delivery, we will make it right.

30-Day Guarantee on Defective Items

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products. If something is wrong with your order, we've got you covered.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns and issue refunds exclusively for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival
  • Broken bracelet or missing beads
  • Delivery issue (lost, missing, or undelivered package)

Important: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse, as our bracelets are personal wellness items worn directly on the skin. If there is any quality or delivery issue with your order, we will resolve it promptly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • In the original packaging (when possible)

Since our bracelets are designed to be worn daily, normal signs of use will not affect your eligibility for a return related to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at help@myhematix.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the defect, damage, or issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a free prepaid return label — no return shipping costs for you.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and monitor your bracelet during the first 30 days of use. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • The bracelet breaks or beads come loose during normal use
  • Your package was lost, missing, or not delivered

We will resolve the issue by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned due to change of mind or personal preference
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has expired

If you are unsure about your specific situation, please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • No restocking fees apply

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
